(“ArriVent”) (Nasdaq: AVBP), a clinical-stage company dedicated to accelerating the global development of innovative biopharmaceutical therapeutics, today announced the pricing of an underwritten public offering of 2,482,692 shares of its common stock at a price to the public of $19.50 per share and, in lieu of common stock to certain investors, pre-funded warrants to purchase up to 1,363,469 shares of its common stock at a price to the public of $19.4999, which represents the per share public offering price for the shares of common stock less $0.0001 per share exercise price for each pre-funded warrant. The gross proceeds to ArriVent from the offering, before deducting the underwriting discounts and commissions and offering expenses, are expected to be approximately $75 million. In addition, ArriVent has granted the underwriters a 30-day option to purchase up to an additional 576,923 shares of its common stock on the same terms and conditions.
