MILFORD, CT — A bank property on Cherry Street in Milford is listed for sale, according to Crexi.com. However, the change in ownership should not affect bank operations. The property is .6 acres with a 2,013-square-foot bank building. An asking price is not currently advertised. The property was listed Dec. 6 and is currently a Citizens Bank. Michelle King Savio, a Citizens Bank representative, said that the bank will remain open even when the property changes hands. "The future change in ownership will not impact our lease," she said. The bank currently lists 30 locations across Connecticut. Last year, Citizens Bank closed one of its branches in Woodbridge.
