SAN DIEGO , June 11, 2025 /PRNewswire/ -- Realty Income Corporation (Realty Income, NYSE: O), The Monthly Dividend Company®, today announced the pricing of a public offering of €650 million of 3.375% senior unsecured notes due June 20, 2031 (the "2031 notes"), and €650 million of 3.875% senior unsecured notes due June 20, 2035 (the "2035 notes"). The public offering price for the 2031 Notes was 99.568% of the principal amount for an effective annual yield to maturity of 3.456%, and the public offering price for the 2035 Notes was 99.552% of the principal amount for an effective annual yield to maturity of 3.930%.
