IDT Corporation (IDT) Q1 2026 Earnings Call Transcript
IDT records strong fourth-quarter fiscal 2025 segment growth in NRS and BOSS Money, while overall EPS reflected a prior-year tax benefit lapse.
Shares of IDT fell 18% following its Q4 earnings release, where Adjusted EBITDA came in above guidance. However, guidance for FY26 calls for Adjusted EBITDA of $143 million at the midpoint, implying growth of just 8.6%. Revenue growth and margin expansion at NRS remain strong, though I see emerging risks related to increased competition.
IDT shares are down 20% from recent highs, despite strong Q3 results and continued solid execution. Emerging headwinds in NRS and BOSS are clouding the outlook for these businesses, making me more cautious. Valuation remains compelling, at just 10 times Adjusted EBITDA and upside potential of nearly 20% to my estimate of intrinsic value.
IDT posts strong third-quarter fiscal 2025 results with record 37.1% gross margin and double-digit growth across NRS and Fintech segments.
IDT Corporation (NYSE:IDT ) Q3 2025 Earnings Conference Call June 5, 2025 5:00 PM ET Company Participants Bill Ulrey - Vice President of Investor Relations & External Affairs Marcelo Fischer - Chief Financial Officer Samuel Jonas - Chief Executive Officer Conference Call Participants Alexander Rohr - Unidentified Company William Vaughan - Unidentified Company Operator Good evening. Welcome to the IDT Corporation's Third Quarter Fiscal 2025 Earnings Conference Call.
IDT's stock has surged 129% over 21 months, driven by substantial de-risking and consistent earnings growth, making it my largest and most bullish position. Recent Q1 2025 results show record gross profit (+13% YoY), income from operations (+38%), and Adjusted EBITDA (+31%), indicating a strong earnings inflection point. NRS remains IDT's crown jewel with 35,600 active terminals and high EBITDA margins, though growth will slow as the base expands.
Growth at NRS and BOSS Money remains above 30%. I value NRS alone at over $1 billion, which is close to IDT's current enterprise value. Shares are trading at a large discount to my estimate for intrinsic value of $70, based on sum of the parts.
IDT records higher revenues, EPS and EBITDA in second-quarter fiscal 2025. The company boosts its dividend, expands its Fintech segment and ramps up share buybacks.
IDT Corporation (NYSE:IDT ) Q2 2025 Earnings Conference Call March 6, 2025 5:30 PM ET Company Participants Bill Ulrey - Investor Relations Samuel Jonas - Chief Executive Officer Marcelo Fischer - Chief Financial Officer Conference Call Participants William Vaughan - Corient Operator Good evening, and welcome to the IDT Corporation's Second Quarter Fiscal Year 2025 Earnings Call. IDT Corporation shares have surged nearly 40% this year, due to strong results and increased market awareness of its underlying value. However, don't assume the ship has fully sailed; additional gains may be in the cards during 2025, even if the company decides not to spin off its faster growing businesses. Whether due to shares appreciating in tandem with earnings growth, or due to further increased awareness of IDT's underlying value, shares could hit $60 per share in 2025.
IDT posts strong first-quarter fiscal 2025 results with revenue growth in key segments and profit surge, highlighting robust Fintech and NRS performances.
