Marketlog is a service operated by Myfxbook Ltd. ("Marketlog", "we", "us", or "our").
By accessing or using the Marketlog website, applications, or related services (collectively, the "Site" or "Services"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms").
If you do not agree, you must not use the Site.
These Terms incorporate our Privacy Policy and govern your use of all data, content, features, and services provided by Marketlog.

Data Sources, Licensing, and Ownership
Marketlog provides access to financial market data that is sourced from third-party data licensors ("Data Licensors"). All financial data made available through the Site (the "Data"):
- Remains the exclusive intellectual property of the applicable Data Licensors
- Is licensed to Marketlog and not sold
- Is provided to you as part of a Derived Product operated by Marketlog
No ownership rights in the Data are transferred to you under these Terms.

Limited License to End Users
Subject to your compliance with these Terms, Marketlog grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable, revocable license to:
- Access and view the Data through the Site
- Download limited portions of the Data only where explicitly enabled
- Use the Data solely for your personal or internal business purposes

Restrictions on Data Use
You may not, directly or indirectly:
- Redistribute, resell, sublicense, publish, share, or make the Data available to any third party
- Offer the Data as a standalone product, API, bulk download, or data feed

- Allow third parties to access the Data outside the Site

Where downloads are enabled:
- Downloads are provided solely for limited personal or internal use

- Marketlog may update, correct, or revoke Data access at any time
- You must delete previously downloaded Data if required by Marketlog or applicable licensors

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Marketlog and its Data Licensors shall not be liable for any losses or damages arising from your use of the Site or Data, including:

Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Marketlog, its affiliates, and Data Licensors from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses arising from:

Account Security and Termination
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials. Marketlog may suspend or terminate access at any time and without notice, including to comply with Data Licensor requirements. All sales are final. No refunds.

Third-Party Data Aggregation
Where enabled at your explicit request, Marketlog may use third-party data aggregators to synchronize portfolios. By enabling this feature, you authorize Marketlog and the aggregator to access, transmit, store, and process your financial data in accordance with applicable privacy policies.

Compliance With Laws
You agree to comply with all applicable laws and regulations, including securities and market-conduct rules.

Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed exclusively by the laws of the State of Israel. Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the courts of Ashkelon, Israel, and you irrevocably consent to such jurisdiction.

Changes to These Terms
Marketlog may modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Site constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
