OUE Real Estate Investment Trust (OUE REIT), formerly known as OUE Commercial Real Estate Investment Trust, is recognized as one of the predominant diversified S-REITs (Singapore REITs) with a comprehensive asset portfolio valued at S$6.3 billion as of 31 December 2023. It seeks to deliver consistent stable distributions and aims for sustainable long-term growth for its Unitholders through investments in income-generating real estate primarily used for hospitality, retail, and/or office purposes located in financial and business hubs, in addition to real estate-related assets. The portfolio of OUE REIT includes six prime assets in Singapore and one in Shanghai, encompassing 1,655 upper upscale hotel rooms and around 2.2 million square feet of premium office and retail space. OUE REIT has been listed on the Main Board of the Singapore Exchange Securities Trading Limited since 27 January 2014, operating under the management of OUE REIT Management Pte. Ltd., a fully owned subsidiary of OUE Limited, the Sponsor. OUE Limited, as the Sponsor, is a prominent real estate and healthcare group which strategically expands to leverage growth trends throughout Asia, covering various sectors such as commercial, hospitality, retail, residential, and healthcare.

  • Hilton Singapore Orchard and Crowne Plaza Changi Airport: These two hotels contribute 1,655 upper upscale hotel rooms to OUE REIT’s portfolio. Hilton Singapore Orchard is complemented by Mandarin Gallery, a premier shopping destination for international brands located in the vibrant heart of Orchard Road, Singapore's prime shopping district.
  • Mandarin Gallery: Positioned as a luxurious retail space, it serves as a choice location for international brands, enhancing the retail component of OUE REIT's portfolio, especially alongside its hospitality asset, Hilton Singapore Orchard.
  • OUE Bayfront, One Raffles Place, and OUE Downtown Office: These assets represent OUE REIT's foray into office spaces, located within Singapore’s Central Business District. They offer approximately 2.2 million square feet of prime office and retail space, catering to a diverse tenant base and serving as a cornerstone of the REIT's income-generating portfolio.
  • Lippo Plaza in Shanghai: This Grade A commercial asset extends OUE REIT's geographical footprint into one of Shanghai’s established core CBD locations, Huaihai Middle Road in the Huangpu district of Puxi.
