  • Refined and Specialty Oils: This segment provides an array of packaged and bulk oils and fats, which include cooking oils, shortenings, margarines, mayonnaise, renewable diesel feedstocks, and other essential products used by baked goods companies, snack food producers, and confectioners. Additionally, it serves restaurant chains, foodservice operators, infant nutrition companies, and other food manufacturers, along with grocery chains, wholesalers, distributors, and other retailers.   • Milling: This segment offers wheat flours and bakery mixes, corn milling products including dry-milled corn meals and flours, wet-milled masa, flours, flaking and brewer's grits, and more. Products from non-GMO sources are also available. Target customers include the food processing industry, with a significant focus on bakery and snack food sectors.
  • Sugar and Bioenergy: Focusing on the production of sugar and ethanol, this segment leverages the process of generating electricity from burning sugarcane bagasse. It represents Bunge's commitment to sustainable energy sources, highlighting the company's role in the bioenergy sector.
