Since its listing on the Singapore Exchange Securities Trading Limited on 25 July 2006, ESR-REIT has been dedicated to acquiring quality income-producing industrial properties situated in key gateway markets. As of 31 December 2025, the REIT has developed a diversified portfolio encompassing logistics properties, high-specifications industrial properties, business parks, and general industrial properties, amounting to a total asset value of approximately 5.9 billion US dollars. This extensive portfolio includes 70 properties (noting that 48 Pandan Road is held through a joint venture) located across developed markets such as Singapore (50 assets), Australia (18 assets), and Japan (2 assets). The properties collectively feature a gross floor area of around 2.4 million sqm and also encompass investments in three property funds based in Australia. ESR-REIT's stature in the property investment landscape is further underscored by its inclusion in the FTSE EPRA Nareit Global Real Estate Index. The REIT is managed by ESR-REIT Management (S) Limited and is primarily sponsored by ESR, with the management team being predominantly owned by ESR (99.0%) and Shanghai Summit Pte. Ltd. (1.0%). The establishment of ESR-REIT dates back to March 31, 2006, with its incorporation taking place in Singapore.
