Shares of French lodging firm Accor have done okay since my last update nearly a year ago, returning around 11%. The company had a solid 2024, with net unit count growth, RevPar growth, fee growth and EBITDA growth, all landing in line with medium-term guidance. These shares trade for ~20x EPS, representing a discount to peers. This also looks cheap relative to Accor's growth prospects and capital return potential.

Welcome everyone to this session and we're going to be talking about 2024 and hopefully about 2025 and onwards.
We are bullish on Accor SA and expect a 40% upside by 2025, due to improving fundamentals and valuation re-rating. Strong international and European leisure travel, 4% net unit growth, and capital returns are key drivers for revenue and EBITDA growth. Accor's valuation gap with peers like IHG is at a historical low, suggesting potential for a re-rating if strategic targets are met.
Jean-Jacques Morin, Deputy CEO of Accor, discusses the firm's profit guidance raise and why he is not worried about China in the long term.
