Products and Services

• Inspection Services:

Provides critical inspection and integrity services for various infrastructure assets such as midstream pipelines, gathering systems, and distribution systems. This includes nondestructive examination, in-line inspection support, pig tracking, surveying, data gathering, and the supervision of third-party contractors to ensure the safety and reliability of these infrastructures.

• Pipeline & Process Services (PPS):

Offers a comprehensive range of services necessary for the maintenance, testing, and commissioning of pipeline systems. These include hydrostatic testing, chemical cleaning, water transfer and recycling, pumping, pigging, flushing, filling, dehydration, caliper runs, support for in-line inspection tool runs, nitrogen purging, drying services, along with test documentation and records retention. These services are essential for ensuring the operational integrity of pipeline systems.

• Environmental Services:

Owns and operates 9 water treatment facilities equipped with ten EPA Class II injection wells located in the Bakken shale region of the Williston Basin in North Dakota. This segment is vital for the treatment, recovery, separation, and disposal of waste byproducts generated throughout the lifecycle of an oil and natural gas well. The primary objective is to protect the environment and drinking water, providing an essential service to the industry and the communities within the region.
