After Chipotle Mexican Grill stopped serving jalapenos at some restaurants following a salmonella investigation, Wall Street analysts say the impact to sales will likely be limited.
The Food and Drug Administration is still working to determine if the affected were sold directly to consumers at grocery stores.
While Chipotle's stock slid on Tuesday, it said health investigators had “no ongoing concerns” with the chain after it removed the jalapenos.
