• CM-101

It is a humanized monoclonal antibody designed to target and attenuate the basic function of CCL24, a chemokine known to play a significant role in the pathogenesis of various fibrotic and inflammatory diseases. CM-101 is currently undergoing phase 2 clinical trials, focusing on two main indications:

• Primary Sclerosing Cholangitis (PSC): A rare, chronic, and progressive disease of the bile ducts that leads to liver damage. CM-101 aims to provide a much-needed treatment option for managing this condition by mitigating inflammatory responses associated with PSC.
• Systemic Sclerosis (SSc): Also known as scleroderma, SSc is a multisystem autoimmune disease characterized by the hardening and tightening of the skin and connective tissues.
