Cementos Argos: An Appealing Cement Play With A Big Payday Coming
Cementos Argos has seen a 110.3% stock increase since monetizing its US assets, outperforming the S&P 500's 31.1% rise. Despite recent financial weaknesses, including a 4.8% drop in cement volumes, I am upgrading CMTOY from 'Hold' to 'Buy'.
