EUR/MGA

EURMGA denotes the exchange rate between the Euro and the Malagasy Ariary, expressing how many ariary are required to buy one euro. It tracks the relative value of the euro against Madagascar’s currency and is used in pricing, settlement and valuation where transactions span the Eurozone and Madagascar.

The euro (EUR) is the official currency of the Eurozone, used by a majority of European Union member states. It is a major global reserve and transaction currency and is issued and managed by the European Central Bank, which sets monetary policy for participating countries.

The Malagasy Ariary (MGA) is the national currency of Madagascar and is issued by the Central Bank of Madagascar, Banky Foiben’i Madagasikara.
