The animal genetics group delivered a robust set of preliminary results for the year to 30 June 2026, with adjusted profit before tax climbing 35% to £100.2m and revenue holding broadly steady at £658.1m despite a 2% currency-adjusted dip.
Genius Sports posted a second strong quarter result, beating its own estimates for revenue and adjusted EBITDA. Revenue and adjusted Ebitda grew consistently over the past 54 years. Management has guided revenue to be around $1.005–$1.025 billion, while adjusted EBITDA to be in the 285–$295 million range. The company's balance sheet is a leveraged one now, due to the Legend buy-out.
