Hercules PLC (LSE:HERC) said it has secured a place on the preferred supplier list of Balfour Beatty for power transmission and distribution work, strengthening its push into the UK energy infrastructure market. The AIM-listed group will provide specialist labour across substations, cabling and civil engineering projects, supporting Balfour Beatty's expanding portfolio of electricity transmission and distribution schemes.
Hercules Site Services PLC (LSE:HERC) has revealed plans to tweak its name, which changes to Hercules plc. The change took place on Monday 19 May, and will be reflected on the stock exchange from Wednesday 21 May.
