(TSX.V:IMR)(OTCQB:IMRFF)(FRANKFURT:A7V) ("iMetal" or the "Company") is pleased to announce a non-brokered private placement of units (each, a "Unit") to raise gross proceeds of up to $1,500,000 through the sale of 10,000,000 Units at the price of $0.15 per Unit (the "Offering") Each Unit will consist of one common share in the capital of the Company (each, a "Share") and one transferable share purchase warrant of the Company (each, a "Warrant"). Each Warrant will entitle the holder thereof to purchase one additional Share of the Company at a price of $0.20 for a period of two years from the date of closing of the Offering.
