ITM Power PLC (AIM:ITM), the green hydrogen technology company, said its Hydropulse subsidiary has signed preliminary terms with a European oil refinery for a 150 megawatt project that could become its largest commercial commitment to date. The proposed development would use ITM Power's Alpha electrolyser platform to produce green hydrogen on site under a 10-year agreement.
ITM Power PLC (AIM:ITM) shares rose 5% to 94.00p as the electrolyser manufacturer narrowed its expected adjusted EBITDA loss for FY2026. Despite the improved guidance, Peel Hunt retained its 'hold' rating and 92.0p target price, citing continued delays to major hydrogen projects.
ITM Power PLC (AIM:ITM), which makes electrolysers for green hydrogen production, has upgraded its loss guidance for the 2026 financial year ahead of its annual preliminary results. The company now expects an adjusted EBITDA loss of £20 million to £21 million for the year ended 30 April 2026, a 38% year-on-year improvement.
