Overview

Our company specializes in offering investors exposure to non-U.S. developed market companies through dividend-paying equity securities. Focusing on large- and mid-cap stocks, we aim to invest at least 80% of our net assets, along with any borrowings intended for investment purposes, into established companies outside of the United States that demonstrate a consistent dividend payout. These equity securities include companies that are incorporated or have their primary listing on an exchange in developed markets, specifically excluding the U.S. This approach under normal market conditions provides our clients with the opportunity to diversify their investment portfolio while seeking income through dividends and potential capital appreciation from foreign developed markets.
