Overview

Far East H-Trust is a prominent hospitality trust based in Singapore, which was successfully listed on the Main Board of The Singapore Exchange Securities Trading Limited (SGX-ST) on 27 August 2012. It specializes in hotel and serviced residence hospitality sectors, catering to an extensive audience ranging from tourists to business travelers. As a composite entity, it encompasses both the Far East Hospitality Real Estate Investment Trust (Far East H-REIT) and the Far East Hospitality Business Trust (Far East H-BT), making it a significant player in the hospitality industry. As of 31 December 2023, Far East H-Trust boasts a valuable portfolio comprising 12 properties with a total of 3,015 hotel rooms and serviced residence units, valued at approximately S$2.51 billion. This venture is a partnership with Far East Organization Centre Pte. Ltd., which is a prominent member of the Far East Organization. Managed by FEO Hospitality Asset Management Pte. Ltd. and FEO Hospitality Trust Management Pte. Ltd., and sponsored by the Far East Organization Group, Far East H-Trust aims to deliver regular, stable, and growing distributions to its Stapled Securityholders on a half-yearly basis, ensuring their investment yields fruitful returns.
