SMA Solar: OPEX Cuts And Working Capital Release Should Help A Stock Rebound
SMA Solar is well-positioned in the Utility inverter market, especially in Germany and the US, which are growing markets. The stock has been severely affected by a sharp decline in commercial and residential solar installations. Still, SMA Solar's margins will improve as a result of a large-scale cost-cutting program. Working capital release will further enhance the cash flow generation.
