I'm upgrading Tsingtao Brewery to a Buy, as recent channel and product diversification moves are supportive of higher valuations. The acquisition of Jimo Yellow Wine and the potential expansion into whiskey and non-alcoholic beverages signal a strategic shift beyond beer, which is positive in my opinion. I'm also encouraged by Tsingtao Brewery's growth in online and instant delivery channels, and its plans to expand into Southern China and overseas markets.
