Its primary holdings will be domestic government-issued securities, such as Treasury Inflation-Protected Securities (TIPS), though it also has the flexibility to acquire comparable instruments from U.S. government-sponsored enterprises and American corporate entities. A portion of its inflation-indexed bond allocation, specifically up to 20%, may originate from international governments or companies, with their returns tied to inflation metrics outside the U.S. Furthermore, the fund is permitted to allocate a maximum of 20% of its total capital to conventional fixed-income instruments that do not feature inflation linkage.
