The application covers a Second Renewal Exploration Period starting on 3 October 2026 and follows integration of around 6,000 line-kilometres of airborne geophysical data.

Chariot Ltd (AIM:CHAR, OTC:OIGLF) told investors that a new partnership with Etu Energias and BW Energy will effectively double its economic footprint in Angola, giving it exposure to future cash flows equivalent to around 4,000 barrels of oil per day. The AIM-listed energy group signed a framework agreement supporting Etu Energias' acquisition of an additional 31% working interest in offshore Block 14 and 15.5% in Block 14K.

Tertiary Minerals PLC (AIM:TYM, OTC:TTIRF, FRA:TMU) said initial certified laboratory results from its Phase 4 drilling programme at Mushima North in Zambia have confirmed broad, near-surface silver-copper-zinc mineralisation, supporting the existing Exploration Target as the company works towards a maiden resource estimate this year. Among the first five holes analysed, Tertiary reported 66 metres grading 37 grams per tonne silver, 0.28% copper and 0.27% zinc from seven metres downhole, equivalent to 58 g/t silver.

Helium One Global Ltd (AIM:HE1, FRA:9K3) told investors that the offtake agreement covering all helium produced at its Galactica-Pegasus joint venture in Colorado has been extended through the end of March 2027, providing continuity of deliveries and revenue while longer-term sales arrangements are negotiated. The agreement, which had been due to expire on 31 August, now runs until 31 March 2027 and continues to cover all helium produced at the Pinon Canyon processing plant.
