Haydale shares surge 44% as combined group lifts revenue 463%
Shares in Haydale Graphene Inds PLC (LSE:HAYD, OTC:HDGHF, FRA:6HG) jumped 44% to 0.0065p after the advanced materials and clean-technology group reported a sharp rise in revenue, reflecting its first full quarter as an enlarged business. The AIM-listed company said revenue for the six months to 31 March rose 463% to £2.25 million, up from £400,000 a year earlier.
NEXE compostable coffee pod adoption gains traction as partner expands orders
NEXE Innovations Inc (TSX-V:NEXE, OTC:NEXNF, FRA:FRA: NX5) said that adoption of its compostable coffee pod platform is gaining momentum, as a North American distribution partner ramps up orders, adds new brands and expands marketing efforts ahead of the key fall and winter sales season. The Vancouver-based company, which develops compostable materials and coffee pods, said it and its commercial partner have advanced a transition to NEXE's BPI-certified compostable coffee pod platform that was first announced in March.
NextEnergy Solar Fund reaffirms value creation plans
NextEnergy Solar Fund Ltd (LSE:NESF, FRA:5NE), a specialist investor in solar power and energy storage, has restated its belief that it can unlock between £60 million and £100 million of additional value over time. The strategic reset, first announced in March, aims to capture value through asset-life extensions, hybridisation of part of the portfolio and the realisation of the company's development pipeline.
