PSR: Active Equity REIT ETF Lagging Its Peers
Invesco Active U.S. Real Estate Fund ETF (PSR) focuses on U.S. equity REITs with a proprietary methodology. Compared to VNQ, PSR has growth characteristics and a similar risk-adjusted return since November 2008. However, it has lagged the sector benchmark and four actively managed real estate ETFs over the last three years.
