Fiscal Fourth Quarter Financial Results: Net revenue was $16.6 million, compared to $22.3 million in the fourth quarter of fiscal 2023 GAAP net income was $23.9 million, or $0.81 per diluted share, which includes the impact of a tax benefit resulting from the release of the Company's full income tax valuation allowance of approximately $20.8 million, compared to GAAP net income of $6.1 million, or $0.21 per diluted share, in the fourth quarter of fiscal 2023.
