Following shareholder approval, the Company has filed the Articles of Amendment with the Secretary of State to effect the approved name change on July 7, 2025. The Company will begin trading on the NYSE under its new name, McEwen Inc., on July 7, 2025, and on the TSX shortly thereafter. There will be no change in the Company's CUSIP or stock symbol.
McEwen (MUX) saw its shares surge in the last session with trading volume being higher than average. The latest trend in earnings estimate revisions may not translate into further price increase in the near term.
