Polaris' recently released Q2 results showed real operational strength, in my view, with share gains, expanding margins, and overall earnings above expectations. The company continues to gain ORV share, led by strong utility and commercial demand despite a cautious consumer. Looking ahead, full-year guidance was raised, and I view the forward outlook as positive, overall.
Three outdoor stocks, namely, PII, TREX and YETI offer double-digit upside potential, with growth estimates and earnings outlooks supporting the picks.
Polaris Renewable Energy TSE: PIF reported lower second-quarter generation and financial results compared with an exceptionally strong period a year earlier, as curtailment in the Dominican Republic, normalizing hydrological conditions and expected geothermal declines weighed on output.
