Overview

LCI Industries, operating through its subsidiaries, is a leading manufacturer and supplier of engineered components for the recreational vehicle (RV) industry and other adjacent industries, offering its services both domestically within the United States and internationally. The company, which changed its name from Drew Industries Incorporated to LCI Industries in December 2016, has been operational since 1956. Based in Elkhart, Indiana, LCI Industries operates in two main segments: Original Equipment Manufacturers (OEM) and Aftermarket. The OEM segment caters primarily to the manufacturers of RVs and other industries, including buses, trailers, trucks, boats, trains, manufactured homes, and modular housing. Conversely, the Aftermarket segment targets retail dealers, wholesale distributors, service centers, and end consumers, providing a wide range of products directly through the Internet and other sales channels.

Products and Services

  • Engineered Components for OEMs

    Includes steel chassis and components, axles, ABS and suspension solutions, slide-out mechanisms, thermoformed products for bathrooms and kitchens, windows, stabilizer and leveling systems, doors, furniture, mattresses, entry steps, electronic components, appliances, air conditioners, televisions, sound systems, tankless water heaters, towing products, truck accessories, and a variety of other accessories. These are primarily supplied to OEMs in the RV, bus, trailer, truck, boat, train, manufactured home, and modular housing industries.

  • Aftermarket Products

    Comprises a wide range of engineered components distributed through aftermarket channels, including replacement glass and awnings for insurance claims, biminis, covers, buoys, fenders for the marine industry, and a variety of other towing and truck accessories. In addition, the segment offers appliances, air conditioners, televisions, sound systems, and tankless water heaters. These products are targeted towards retail dealers, wholesale distributors, and service centers, as well as being sold directly to consumers online.
